CFF SUPPORTS DIVERSITY AND INCLUSIVITY
Volunteer
Volunteers will play a central role in making Chelmsford Fringe Festival 2022 (CFF22) a success and so if you have an interest in community events management and performance arts and some availability between 1st and 17th July, we’d love you to join us.
There is a range of roles where we need volunteers - find out more below. We’re keen to as far as possible to match your main areas of interest. If you’re willing and able to volunteer please fill in this form to let us know your interests and availability.
We’re in the process of setting up the volunteering schedule and planning recruitment and induction procedures so that you can feel fully supported when you volunteer with us. If you have any questions about the roles or there is anything we can do to assist you to volunteer please get in touch info@chelmsfordfringefestival.com . Otherwise we’ll be in touch very soon to confirm your volunteering slots and our recruitment and induction process.
CFF22 is committed to Diversity and Inclusivity and we recognise the need to continue to monitor whether we are meeting this commitment. To assist us with this we’d be grateful if you could also complete the attached Equal Opportunities Monitoring Form. This form will not be used as part of our selection process and all information will be treated in line with our Privacy Policy.
Fundraising/ Merchandising/ Prize Draw
These are vital roles in supporting the Festival to go ahead and allowing us to begin to plan for a bigger, better Chelmsford Fringe next year.
We have a crowdfunding page, High Street collections, CFF22 branded merchandise and a Prize Draw, and are looking for volunteers both before and during the Festival to assist with bringing in donations, selling merchandise, securing additional prizes and selling Prize Draw tickets.
Event ticket sales/ Information Hub
Many of our events are ticketed and tickets can be purchased through our website. We will also have an Information Hub on the High Street throughout the Festival where visitors can ask for more information on events, directions to venues and anything else they need to know to have a great experience at the Festival.
Event venue hosts
Events will take place in a variety of partner venues across the City Centre. Venues will all have their own staff present but we’ll also have volunteers at each venue to support guests and let them know about other events coming up.
